Completamos casi 20 años de trayectoria trabajando codo a codo con empresas medianas, grupos familiares y organizaciones de distintas industrias en Chile. En ese tiempo aprendimos algo simple: la confianza técnica no sirve de mucho si no viene acompañada de alguien que responda cuando lo necesitas, que se siente contigo a explicar un número antes de solo entregarlo, y que dé la cara cuando las cosas se complican.

Managing Partner
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from Universidad de Tarapacá and a Master's in Tax Management and Leadership from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, bringing over 18 years of experience in tax advisory and consulting. He specializes in tax compliance, planning, and corporate reorganization across the retail, mining, automotive, and healthcare sectors, including executive experience as Head of Corporate Tax for an automotive business group. Today, he leads the strategy at Bórquez Consultores, advising corporate groups, investment firms, and multinational companies on tax, wealth management, and restructuring matters. Additionally, as a member of GGI Global Alliance, he coordinates cross-border projects alongside network firms in Colombia, Peru, and Argentina.
Founding Partner - Advisory
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from the Escuela de Contadores Auditores de Santiago, holding a post-graduate diploma in IFRS from Universidad Central and a Master's in Tax Planning and Management from Universidad de Santiago. She specializes in taxpayer representation before tax authorities, tax audits, and both administrative and judicial tax defense, backed by experience as a tax specialist at major holdings including Derco, Telefónica Chile, and Sodimac. Today, she leads the Advisory practice at Bórquez Consultores and is also the founder and director of MEP Latam, a network promoting female leadership in the business world.
Audit Partner
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, with nearly 20 years of experience in external audit, financial advisory, and accounting consulting across industries such as manufacturing, retail, banking, pension funds, and cooperatives. He brings extensive expertise in financial statement audits and IFRS/NIIF advisory—including the preparation of consolidated financial statements for national and international corporate groups—financial due diligence, and internal control assessments. He leads the Audit practice at Bórquez Consultores, combining his professional practice with teaching IFRS/NIIF and auditing courses.
Tax Manager
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor with a Master's in Tax Management and Leadership from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and over 14 years of experience in corporate taxation. She has advised local companies, multinationals, and high-net-worth individuals on tax planning, diagnostic reviews, corporate and estate reorganizations, and succession planning, as well as guiding clients through tax audits and dispute resolution. Today, she leads the Tax practice at Bórquez Consultores, overseeing transaction structuring and managing tax risk for our clients.
Derecho Corporativo
Abogada, Universidad de los Andes con estudios de minor Derecho Ambiental en la Universidad de los Andes y diplomado en Gestión de Cumplimiento Ambiental en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Su práctica se enfoca en las áreas de derecho corporativo e inmobiliario. Cuenta con vasta experiencia en formación y reorganización de sociedades, temas contractuales y en la creación de documentos relacionados con todos los aspectos legales de una empresa. Participa habitualmente en equipos tributarios multidisciplinarios en procesos de reorganizaciones societarias, due diligence y auditorias. Asimismo, cuenta con experiencia en litigios civiles.

Senior Tax Specialist - Advanced Taxation
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from Universidad de La Serena, holding a Master's in Tax Management and Leadership from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, with 10 years of experience in consulting, auditing, and tax advisory. He specializes in Corporate Income Tax, VAT, deferred taxes, and corporate, estate, and succession reorganizations, alongside expertise in individual taxation and fiscal contingency analysis. Today, he supports clients at Bórquez Consultores in meeting their tax obligations while identifying and mitigating fiscal risks.
Senior Tributario / Auditoría
Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from DUOC UC, with nearly 4 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and financial advisory. She has participated in financial due diligence processes, conversions to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/NIIF), and the calculation of monthly and annual tax obligations, as well as the review and analysis of financial information for a range of companies. At Bórquez Consultores, she contributes technical expertise to strengthen the reliability and integrity of our clients' accounting and tax records.
Head of Administration & Finance
With a background in accounting and over 15 years of experience in people management, payroll, and labor law, Briscel built her career leading teams and personnel administration processes. Today, she heads the Administration & Finance department at Bórquez Consultores, overseeing treasury, cash flow, budgeting, and the coordination of the firm's internal administrative, accounting, and tax operations.
